41 Greer Street, Bardon

Project Summary

This house is one of two new small lot houses built on a steeply sloping site in Bardon, and replacing an existing asbestos-filled house which straddled the two new narrow lots.

Set over 3 levels, some of the features include open plan living, generous entertaining decks, understated elegance with sleek minimalist styling, clean crisp lines, a wine cellar, double lockup garage… This home is the perfect blend of contemporary style, modern design and classic chic.

A spectacular Atrium entry of polished timber floors leads into the main living area. Separation of spaces sees formal entertaining & living areas adjoining an open plan kitchen all of which open onto an outdoor entertaining deck separated by bi-folds doors. Also on this level is a media room and powderoom.

Leafy suburban views are showcased on both rear decks. Full advantage has been taken of the superb location and elevation of this property, with an abundance of windows and glass throughout making full use of natural light to compliment the minimalist and sleek style of the home.

The upper level features a parent's retreat/master bedroom including an ensuite and study opening onto a private balcony. Lower level living spaces include three additional bedrooms as well as a family bathroom, large rumpus area including a study.
