Project Summary
Despite its generous size, this is actually a Small Lot house. Documented as stage 1 of a 2 stage subdivision project, the house comprises 4 large bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, rumpus, lounge, library, study, and theatre room, with the dining and kitchen areas opening onto the large patio overlooking the pool.
Compact yet spacious, the house’s shape was determined by the unusual shape of the site. The overall bulk of the house is visually reduced through the use of differing roof planes and includes a mix of external claddings including rendered blueboard, fc with timber cover strips, and horizontal planking.
