The master bedroom on the first floor boasts a large walk-in robe and ensuite, leading out onto the rear timber deck, whereas the kids’ rooms on the lower level have their own tv room with direct access out to the back yard.
The scissor trusses in the main kitchen/dining/lounge area provide additional ceiling height and space, and the incorporation of both fixed and sliding high level lighting at the sides provide additional natural light and ventilation whilst being sympathetic to the Small Lot code requirements for privacy.
