Project Summary

Using the bones of an existing 100 year old house, this house has been raised, shifted, and had an additional two levels added at the rear to provide a generous home over 3 levels.

Entry from the street places you in the middle level of the home.
Striking polished concrete floors meet you at the door, as you stroll through into the large open plan living and dining space with separate media room and separately air conditioned wine cellar. It is equipped with stainless steel Smeg appliances, stunning Caesar stone bench tops, and a huge walk in pantry.

Flowing seamlessly from the lounge dining area is the large balcony that overlooks the sparkling in ground pool and leafy surrounds.

Upstairs, which happens to be the original home has been converted into a parents retreat.
Offering a walk-in-robe that is the size of a bedroom, a luxurious hotel style ensuite with double shower, 2 person spa bath, and a private study or sitting room.
